Bekatown is a large residential and lifestyle development in Serbia. The project presents a modern living concept combining residential spaces with SPA & wellness amenities — all thoughtfully blended within it's wider natural environment. The website functions simultaneously as an investor presentation, a marketing platform, and a sales-oriented digital showcase for this development.

From a design perspective, the primary goal was to establish a premium yet approachable visual language. The information architecture follows a structured user journey, guiding visitors from understanding the vision of the development to exploring amenities and browsing available apartments in an intuitive way.

The visual system relies on clean typography, spacious layouts, and strong content hierarchy to communicate a sense of openness, comfort, and contemporary living. Special emphasis was placed on UX clarity, modular design principles, and scalability, ensuring that the platform can evolve alongside future phases of the Bekatown development.
